RTP HVAC ("RTP HVAC," "we," "us" or "our") provides heating and cooling services to Rhode Island homeowners from our office at 275 W Natick Rd Suite 800, Warwick, RI 02886. Information We Collect

What you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are asking about, your current system, how soon you need help, and anything you write in the message.
Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the number, the date and the conversation so we can help you and follow up.
Technical and usage information. Our site collects the pages you visit, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location from your IP address.
Advertising and campaign information. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we keep the campaign details attached to it, such as campaign tags and click identifiers, so we can tell which ads lead to requests.

Calls and Text Messages

When you submit a form on this site or give us your phone number, you agree that RTP HVAC may call and text you at that number about your request, including with automated technology. Here is how our text messages work:

What we send: replies to your estimate request, scheduling and appointment messages, and follow-up about your project.
How often: message frequency varies with your request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Not required to buy: agreeing to calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

Who We Share Information With

Service providers that help us run our business, such as the customer management and messaging system we use to track and answer requests, our website hosting and security provider, and analytics and advertising measurement providers such as Google. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
The Rooftop Power family of companies. RTP HVAC is part of a group of companies that includes Rooftop Power and RTP Roofing. We keep customer records in a shared system, so your information may be available to those companies to serve you, for example if you ask us about solar or roofing as well as heating and cooling.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights, our customers and our site.
Business changes. If our business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
