These Terms of Use govern your use of the RTP HVAC website at rtpheatingandair.com, including its content, tools and forms. By using the site you agree to these terms. Content on this site, including descriptions of heating and cooling systems, rebate and incentive programs and how a heat pump can work with solar, is general information only. It is not a binding offer, a promise of savings, or financial, legal or tax advice.

Your system, pricing and eligibility for any state or utility program depend on your home, your usage and the program rules in effect, and they are confirmed only in a written agreement with RTP HVAC. Programs and rules change, and descriptions on this site may lag behind them. We check current program details with you before you decide.

When you submit a form or give us your phone number, you agree that RTP HVAC may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request, including with automated technology, as described where you submit and in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to a text at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

The RTP HVAC name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to RTP HVAC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
